SCAM – the shadow side
Recently, we have noticed an uptick in spam accounts pretending to be us on Instagram and Facebook. We do EVERYTHING in our power to get these closed down as quickly as possible.
If you find yourself targeted by a scammer, REMEMBER:
- We never ask for personal information on our social media channels
- If you win a competition, this will be announced in the original post, and we will wait for you to contact us by email
- We don’t ask for your address and phone number for shipping purposes until you have reached out to us by email
