The renowned German designer Sebastian Herkner has designed a series of lights for Serax. The S BLACK/WHITE UALA table lamp is an elegant porcelain lamp with a tropical silhouette. Herkner drew inspiration from the ruffled leaves of the Licuala grandis, or ruffled palm – hence the name Uala. The lampshade has been carefully modelled by hand, featuring lovely little imperfections. The gentle wave-like shape gives Uala the appearance of being frozen in the wind. The black table lamp is perfect for a sideboard, a windowsill or even as a bedside table lamp.
