Return period:
You have 30 days to return your item. If you wish to cancel your purchase, it is unfortunately not sufficient simply to refuse to accept the goods. You can easily notify us of your cancellation here.
Returns charge:
A fee will be charged for returns made on the basis of a personal decision. A charge of £9.99 (£19.99 for bulky items) applies per order.Even if there are several parcels, this charge is only applied once.Further information can be found in our FAQs.
Returning your item is simple
1. Register a return via our returns portal
Please log in using your invoice number and email address at the bottom of this page and select the items you wish to return.
Once you have successfully registered, you will receive your returns summary and the return label by email.
2. Prepare parcel
Please pack all items securely in their respective original boxes. Please also use sturdy outer packaging for dispatch – ideally the box in which you received the goods.

IMPORTANT: If you are returning an item under your right of withdrawal, please use the original, undamaged packaging. Damage caused by unsuitable packaging may result in a deduction from the refund.
Customs: Together with your return label, you will receive the CN23 customs declaration (page 2). Please sign it and attach it to the outside of the parcel together with the invoice. We recommend using an envelope or transparent document pouch. Without these documents, correct customs clearance cannot be guaranteed.
Please ensure that your parcel is suitable for drop-off at a parcel shop (max. 20 kg, 100 cm in length, 250 cm girth = length + 2 × width + 2 × height).
