When do I get my money back?

We will refund your money as soon as we have received and checked your return.

It can take between 7-10 business days for your return to reach our warehouse.

When paying by credit card, it only takes a few days before you receive your money. However, if you pay by bank transfer or invoice, it may take up to 30 days for the money to appear in your account.

Overview: Below you can see an overview of how many business days it takes for your money to appear in your account depending on the payment method:

Payment card: 2-5 business days after we have received the return - if you purchased by credit card, the money will also be credited to your credit card.

PayPal: 2-5 business days from when we receive the return. With PayPal, you decide whether the money stays in your PayPal account or is transferred to your bank account.

Invoice: Up to 30 business days from when we receive the return. You only pay for the items you keep. If you have already paid the full amount and cancel the purchase within the 30-day return period, we will refund the money for the returned goods.

Bank transfer: Up to 30 business days from when we receive the return. On the return form, you can write your account number to which you want your money to be transferred.


Complaint - defect in goods

If you discover that an item has a defect, please use the link you received after placing your order. Here you have the option to create different complaints, select the complaint that fits your complaint and follow the instructions. Once you have filled out the form and submitted it, customer service will then process the complaint.

OBS! Do not send anything back to us until we have a decision on the complaint.
