Philip Bro Ludvigsen was born in Australia in 1962 and educated at the Danish Design School. In 1998 he set up his own design studio, but he has also taught at the Danish Design School and the National Institute of Design in India.
Philip Bro Ludvigsen has made a name for himself with a wide range of well-known products and has designed for major companies such as LE KLINT and Georg Jensen. Ludvigsen has won the coveted international design prize Red Dot Design Award in 2007. He has also received a three-year working grant from the Danish Arts Foundation.
