Grass M Blue Pendant Light – Forestier

The Grass M Blue pendant light is a beautiful lighting collection with a uniform and cohesive design. The range comprises wall lights, table lamps, floor lamps and pendant lights in various sizes and colours. What they all have in common is the beautifully woven lampshade made from rattan and abacá, a species of banana tree native to the Philippines, known for its strong plant fibres, which are used in the manufacture of ropes and cordage. The hard-wearing material and tight weave give the lampshade a firm, almost curved appearance, which beautifully combines the potential of the natural material with skilful and well-executed design craftsmanship.
The larger versions of the light feature a wide, flat lampshade and are therefore fitted with a diffuser that shields the traditional light bulb, thus preventing the light source from causing glare. This allows the light to shine gently and pleasantly in all directions. At the same time, the extra-wide lampshade ensures a diffused light outlet to effectively illuminate the surroundings.
