Public demand soon followed, and when Winston Churchill personally chose his Bestlite BL1 table lamp for his desk, the lamp’s iconic status was secured.
The Bestlite design remains true to its industrial roots and is faithful to the original design. The lamps are on permanent display at the Victoria & Albert Museum and the Design Museum in London.
