Paolo Rizzatto has designed a wealth of unforgettable lamps - but one that is truly recognisable is the iconic 265. The wall light with the counterweight and large swing path is a true classic for fans of iconic Italian designs - but many may have been reluctant to invest in a 265 as the original version is enormously large.
That's why Flos is now introducing the 1973 lamp in a brand new form factor: small. The new 265 now measures one and a half metres on the swing arm, so it's still big - but nowhere near as big as the original, which measured over two metres.
The 265 Small is available in black, white and the original multi-coloured version!
