The Koyo series takes its name from the Japanese word for 'red leaves'. It is inspired by the atmospheric aesthetics of autumn foliage and seasonal transitions. Each item has a hand-applied contrasting glaze that reveals leaf-like, organic shapes. The Koyo mug has a simple cylindrical shape and a practical handle. Each piece is unique, emphasising the artistic element of both the material and the manufacturing process.
