The Kaiser Idell Wall Light 6559-W Black/Chrome is a beautiful combination of aesthetics and functionality, inspired by the Bauhaus movement of the 20th century. This model is part of the iconic Kaiser Idell series of lights by German designer Christian Dell. The first Kaiser Idell light saw the light of day in 1926, and since then the series has continued to grow in popularity.
The Kaiser Idell wall light has all the classic features that characterise the luminaires in the Kaiser Idell series. These include the sturdy metal design, industrial undertones and characteristic asymmetrical lampshade. However, the wall light is equipped with a flexible tripod, which gives the light unique flexibility thanks to its many adjustment options. The screws on the tripod and bracket allow the light to be swivelled from the side, moved towards the wall or extended into the room as required. This allows the direction of the light to be adjusted with the utmost precision.
