The 210 Wall Lamp Black/Satin is an icon of the 20th century - with roots dating back to 1922 when the first thoughtful lines were drawn by Bernard- Albin GRAS, and since then the family has only grown. Conceived for offices and industry, the range was totally unique, with its simple, robust and yet highly ergonomic design. The basic shape has no screws or welded joints.
The functional and aesthetic exudes from the 210 Red/Black Wall Light and especially the design of the individual details such as the arms, bodies, fittings and joints are fantastically original, well thought out and way ahead of their time. Le Corbusier was seduced early on by the modern design of Lampe GRAS and used the lamps extensively in his projects.
