Spanish design classic in a new colourful and functional reissue

It all began back in 1964 when Spanish designer Miguel Milá conceived a new pendant light with the aim of creating a creation that compromises neither functionality nor aesthetic value. The M64 pendant was an instant success and received the Gold Delta Award the same year of its release. Today, the pendant stands as an example of Miguel Milá's expertise in creating shapely, artistic creations. The M64 is the most famous but not the only example of Milá's ingenuity.

To celebrate the 50th anniversary of the M64 pendant series, Spanish design manufacturer Santa & Cole has re-released the lamp with integrated LED lighting for efficient energy conversion and high light output. The re-release of this iconic pendant is a tribute to Miguel Milá's timeless design that continues to excite and inspire. In 2023, Santa & Cole partnered with Barcelona-based artist and colour specialist Claudia Valsells to create eight new colour variations of Miguel Milás' iconic designer lamp. The new colours put the lamp in a new light and create new visual expressions that successfully complement the familiar design. So far, the lamp has been available in metallic finishes such as brass and polished aluminium. The eight new variants of Claudia Valsells are a beautiful range of colourful alternatives, offering clear, shiny variants as well as soft, unsaturated variants. This gives you the opportunity to integrate the beautiful lamp into different interiors and colour concepts - whether you prefer neutral or colourful designs.
