AJ Floor Lamp Black - Louis Poulsen
The AJ floor lamp was designed in 1960 by Arne Jacobsen for the SAS Royal Hotel in Copenhagen (Radisson Blu). The lamp was part of the overall design concept for the hotel. Several of the hotel's products have now achieved iconic design status, and within the field of lighting, the AJ lamps in particular are world-famous. To mark the 50th anniversary of the launch of the AJ family, five new colour variants have been introduced. The new colours have been carefully selected in line with Arne Jacobsen's updated colour concept.
A unique profile that is easily recognisable all over the world.
The head of the AJ floor lamp has a characteristic asymmetrical shape that distinguishes the lamp's lighting properties. The head of the AJ floor lamp can be tilted. The base of the floor lamp has a hole, which gives the design elegance and lightness. With its unique design language, the AJ floor lamp is a modern classic.
